Dr Febery gained her FRACS in 2017. After finishing up her time in Middlemore Hospital as a fellow in 2017, she moved abroad to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane Australia to continue her fellowship training in Breast and Endocrine Surgery.\u00a0\u00a0Dr Febery returned to New Zealand and to Southland as a Consultant Surgeon in 2019 with a keen desire to serve local Southland people.
