The most common presentation of breast cancer is a breast lump. Not all lumps are cancer, but do need to be promptly investigated. Many women also present nipple discharge, skin changes, or an armpit gland lump. Rapid imaging, biopsy and ongoing treatment is essential to improve out comes.
